Structure
How it is organized
- A codebook contains multiple laws/articles.
- Each law is linked to one codebook.
- Titles and content can be stored in Dutch and English.
Searching
Tips and filters
- Search by title, code, or keywords.
- Use the codebook filter to narrow results.
- Switch language (NL/EN) to see available translations.
Requesting changes
How the workflow works
- Open a law or codebook and click "Request change".
- Fill in the proposed NL/EN text + motivation.
- Your request will be reviewed by staff/admin.
- When approved/partial/rejected, the request status is updated.
Tip: keep your motivation clear and include references if possible.
Archive
Old versions and archived items
- Archived codebooks/laws are hidden from normal lists (unless you open the archive).
- Admins can still view and manage archived items.
Logs & auditing
Transparency and traceability
All important actions can be logged (requests, approvals, edits).
Admins can review the audit logs in the logs page.
