– Article 5 Duration and amount of assistance
- The amount is determined based on the last net wage:
- 1-week benefit: 70% of the last wage, capped at €1,250.
- 2-week benefit: 50% of the last wage, capped at €1,000.
- Only one application per 3 months is allowed.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., long-term incapacity or debt restructuring), the Ministry may consider additional assistance.
