– Article 6 Verification and oversight
- The Ministry may:
- Request employment history from employers or RP institutions.
- Review bank statements or contracts.
- Require an oral explanation if doubts exist.
- Incomplete or incorrect information results in immediate rejection.
- Proven fraud may lead to recovery of the full amount, a fine up to €2,000, and potential prosecution.
