– Article 9 Financial framework
- Standard subsidy cap: up to €1,500 per application for a maximum duration of 2 weeks.
- In exceptional cases the cap may be increased upon an official recommendation.
- Total annual subsidy capacity is set by the city government.
- The Ministry may reject applications for budgetary or policy reasons.
