– Article 5 - Limitation of criminal record
- A criminal record lapses by limitation.
- For offences with a total sentence between 1 and 25 months, it expires 7 days after the record is issued.
- For offences with a total sentence between 26 and 50 months, it expires 14 days after the record is issued.
- For offences with a total sentence between 51 and 75 months, it expires 21 days after the record is issued.
- For offences with a total sentence between 76 and 100 months, it expires 31 days after the record is issued.
- For offences with a total sentence of 100 months or higher, it expires 45 days after the record is issued.
