– Article II-6 Assault (simple) (300 CC)
- A person is guilty of simple assault when intentionally and unlawfully harming another, causing at most minor physical or mental injury.
- Assault equals intentional damage to health.
- If the victim is an on-duty officer, the sentence is increased by 25%.
- Attempted simple assault is not punishable.
