– Article II-7 Assault (serious) (302 CC)
- A person is guilty of serious assault when intentionally and unlawfully harming another, causing serious physical or mental injury.
- Assault equals intentional damage to health.
- If the victim is an on-duty officer, the sentence is increased by 25%.
- For an attempt, the sentence is reduced by 25%.
