– Article II-8 Vandalism / Destruction (350 CC)
- A person is guilty of vandalism when intentionally and unlawfully destroying, damaging, rendering unusable, or removing property belonging wholly or partly to another.
- This also includes intentionally and unlawfully killing, damaging, rendering unusable, or removing a (pet) animal.
- If the property or animal can be classified as government property, the sentence is increased by 25%.
- For an attempt, the sentence is reduced by 25%.
