– Article IV-2 Soft drugs (3 OA)

1. A person is guilty when acquiring or possessing soft drugs.
2. A person is also guilty when acquiring/possessing/selling ingredients needed to produce soft drugs.
3. Sentencing is based on the total quantity found, even if spread across multiple persons.
4. Not guilty: carrying 5 ingredients or 1 end product for personal use.
5. The quantity as meant is aggregated per person.
6. If cooperation cannot be proven, quantities are not aggregated.
7. Sentencing is based on quantities of ingredients and end products.
8. If mixed quantities are found, total is calculated as (end products x 5).
9. Recidivism increases the sentence by 15%.
10. Soft drugs include: weed, hash, nitrous oxide.
