- A person is guilty when selling soft drugs or attempting to do so.
- A person is also guilty when selling ingredients for drug production or attempting to do so.
- Organised, large-scale deals between major criminal organisations increase the sentence by 25%.
- An attempt to deal soft drugs reduces the sentence by 25%.
