– Article V-2 Firearms and explosives (26 WAA)

1. A person is punishable when possessing, carrying, storing at home, or keeping a firearm in a vehicle cargo area.
2. Categories: Category 1 (handguns), Category 2 (automatic weapons/shotguns/grenades, etc.).
3. Exceptions may apply for hunting area use; outside it the weapon must be stored in the trunk.
4. Carrying/transporting in the city centre is prohibited and punishable.
