- Not guilty: committing an offence due to mental disorder/developmental deficiency, provable by hospital staff.
- Not guilty: compelled by force majeure.
- Not guilty: necessary self-defence against an immediate unlawful attack.
- Not guilty: exceeding self-defence due to intense emotional state caused by the attack.
- Not guilty: acting under a statutory provision.
- Not guilty: acting under an official order from a competent authority.
- Not guilty: acting under an order from an official who was not competent to give it.
